Corporate Telephone Preference Service

One Piece of Red Tape We Can Save You From.
The new Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 came into force on 25th June 2004. The initial 28 day "grace period" has now expired. As such any business making unsolicited sales and marketing calls to individuals or companies MUST screen their data against the Corporate Telephone Preference Service File before calls are made to ensure compliance with the regulations.
If you are already aware that your company is fully compliant then there is no need to read on – however thank you for your attention!
If you are not certain whether your company is compliant then you should be aware that breaches of the regulations are punishable with fines but, of much more importance to most companies will be the potential damage to their reputation if ruled against.
ITTS are fully licensed by the CTPS and as such we can screen your customer and prospect data against their suppression files and advise of any numbers you need to suppress. The regulations of the CTPS service demand this process is repeated every 28 days which we can of course assist with.
The process is straight forward; you would simply forward to ITTS an export of the customer and prospect data you hold (in excel, .csv or some other mutually agreed format). We would be able to provide a maximum 24 hour turnaround to identify and advise any suppressed numbers. This process would be repeated every 28 days (13 times p.a.).
